After videotaping a comedy show Rion commissioned me to shoot a comedy show he was doing in LA. Really cool guy…I am grateful for the opportunity he gave me.

Was in Chinatown in LA. Here are some cool pics I took.

I heard a lot about the Brand Library in Glendale and its great art reference library. So I decided to check it out. Took some pics too!

I found they have a huge CD collection. I mean, they have everything. Here are some cool exterior shots I took while I was there.

I was honored to be asked and allowed to shoot artist Gonja Sufi/Sumach (His Twitter : @GONJASUFI) at the Airliner (http://theairlinerla.com/) in Downtown LA for Phanteye (Phanteye.com or @phanteye on twitter), a new website that broadcasts live events via the web.

This dude is super cool. He gave me the vibe of the old wiseman on the hill you go and seek wisdom from. He had a great set. Lots of energy in the room. Off the chain!

Was commissioned again by DJ Shanx to do the invitation flyer for Ill Camille’s Release Party in LA. Overall, I went with Helvetica Neue as a font and created little embellishments (musical notes, etc.)

On the first draft he wanted to do a basic black and white design with no graphics.

Then on the second version we added the album cover art and sponsor logos.

The Jack and Jill organization commissioned me to do a T-shirt design for competition during the Teen Conference the t-shirt theme: “Drugs, Alcohol, Money…..A New Form of Slavery”…based on the theme I decide to start with a Saul Bass inspired fist in the center then find easily i digestable symbols that represent each word in icon form…

Here is a group of kids wearing the finished product….

In the end…The shirt did get 1st place in the t-shirt competition…I am grateful for the win and thankful that God gives me the talent to be a vessel to help people bring their visions to life through the use of my artistic talent…
